Anna Rawson
Anna has had a successful career in golf from the time when she was only 23. When Anna was younger, she went through a traumatizing experience which changed her life. To spend more time with both her father, and brother who also played golf, Anna took up the game as a new hobby. When she was just 16, Anna's modeling career took off after she was selected as a finalist for Dolly Magazines cover contest and is still modeling to today. There is more to her than just meets the eyes. Anna Rawson is not just a successful model and businesswoman, she is also an entrepreneur. She co-founded Seedlyfe which produces nutrient dense superfoods. Anna and her younger twin brother Willy Rawson were raised by their father, who had suffered the tragic death of her mother around age 4. Dianna Rawson was in a spiral of depression at the time Anna began to grow into. Her father, Jim Rawson and her mother Dianna Rawson separated. Dianna, who was being held in a mental institution for a while after seeking aid from a medical facility, eventually committed suicide after Anna turned 5 and her family was devastated and heartbroken. Anna was born into a family which was not easy. Anna had to adjust to this new normal of life without a mother. This was a burden that every child shouldn't have to go through. But her father Jim was an amazing helper and someone she grew very close to. Jim Rawson shared the same passion for football that Anna and both were ex- Glenelg players. Anna admits that her interest in golf was only a result of the fact that she wanted to spend more time with her father as well as her brother after the death of her mother. She soon discovered it is something she loves (and the cute golfers certainly contributed!) Anna began playing golf in order to deal with grief after her mother died. She improved her game and was soon able to transform her pastime into a full-time career. Wow! Rawson was a student at St. Martin Boarding School as well as completing her schooling through homeschooling. Anna Rawson is among the first to admit that her choice of college was more the result of ignorance than rationality. Anna received numerous offers, including from Yale and Harvard. But, she decided to go to Immanuel College because of the warmer weather that is found that is found in Southern Australia. Anna then went to at the University of Southern California, receiving her the All-Pac 10 honourable mention three times. Beauty isn't a match with the ability to think. Following the BA Communications degree in Southern California she continued studying before completing an MBA at Columbia Business School.
